We want you to love your juice! If you’re not satisfied, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Item must be unopened and in original condition (except in cases of damage).

  • You must provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We cannot accept returns of perishable products that have been opened and consumed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  2. Include photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please place a new order and request a refund for the original item (if eligible).
